E4/E6 is a capable lead free CE certificated reflow oven with 4/6 upper&4/6 bottom individual hot air convection zones, pin chain&mesh belt inline conveyor. It's the best choice to go with small volume pick&place machine like Autotronik, TWS, DIMA, ESSEMTEC etc.

1. PLC and Touch screen for controlling system.Can save and edit more than 50 sets parameters.

2. Adopting full forced air convection in both upper zones and bottom zones,hot air spray to PCB well-proportioned under the work of static press. BM-W430 is with 4 upper zones and 4 bottom zones. BM-W630 is with 6 upper zones and 6 bottom zones.

3. Pin chain and mesh belt for conveyor system. With SMEMA connection, it can link to any brand small and middle P&P like DIMA, Autotronik, Essemtec etc.

4. Equipped with chain lubrication system.

5. With 2 extra port for profiling.

6. Can set to heat up oven in certain percent power, so to fit some customer's requirment of limit power.
