VersaSert VIP-3 Description:

The VersaSert VIP-3 system is the fastest and most versatile insertion platform in the industry. The robust platform design accommodates single, double or triple head operation, with insertion rates up to 20,000 components per hour. A touch screen display and Windows NT operating system compliment a variety of user friendly features.

Designed with a full 18" x 18" X-Y insertion envelope under each component head the Linear Servo positioning table glides at a rate of 20" per second. An optional programmable rotary stage rotates the work board 90 degrees in less than 0.79 seconds.

SMEMA passthrough conveyor options provide SMT process compatibility. The VersaSert VIP-3 system offers maximum manufacturing flexibility and productivity.
