Alcumet, Inc. was founded in 1975 as an investment casting foundary and has achieved a reputation as an aggressive leader in the production of investment casting, permanent mold casting and rapid prototype casting. Alcumet pours a variety of ferrous alloys to complement an extensive list of non-ferrous alloys.

We have implemented two internationally recognized quality system standards ISO - 9002 and the aerospace version, AS - 9000 which enables us to track the entire manufacturing process, isolate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Our extensive in-house compabilities allow us to control and moniter all phases of our casting production. We create all of our own tooling of production molds and fixtures. We also have our vacuum casting process which minimizes aluminum oxides and gases. The result is higher yields due to less contamination.
