QC6200 Pulse Width Modulated Four Quadrant Amplifier Description:

The model QC6200 four quadrant amplifier is an economical, low form factor, fast responding, speed and position control. It is designed to control permanent magnet DC motors. The control features full wave rectification and 22KHz PWM for smooth, quiet operation. Input voltage is 24 VAC or DC, and 50/60 Hz single phase. The unit provides nominal 0 to 24 VDC output voltage. Output voltage is proportional to the error signal between input command and feed back signal. Control adjustments include current limit and variable scaling gain.

Applications:

Typical applications include: Conveyors, web guidance, machine tools, packaging machines, product positioning devices, and assembly machine equipment that requires inexpensive bi-direction control.
