Ludee Circuits is a high-tech company specializes in manufacturing high precision, high density and high reliability PCB from 1 to 24 layers. Types of surface finishing include: HSAL, lead free HASL,flash gold plating, immersion gold, immersion Tin, immersion silver ,OSP finishing, peelable mask, gold finger, carbon ink, blind/buried via, etc. New base materials PCB: high Tg FR-4(Tg 170 and 180), aluminum base, ROGERS 4000 series, Teflon, Ceramic base,heavy copper board, etc. Maximum board thickness could be 4mm, and maximum copper thickness could be 6 oz

Located in Shenzhen China , Ludee Circuits has around 400 employees and 5000 square meters production area; and the monthly capacity is over 10,000 Square meters(average layer count is 6-layer).We have got the ISO 9001 certification passed in 2003, as well as UL796 approval. Since 2002,Ludee Circuits has invested heavily in the research and development of new technology and advanced facilities ,such as CNC drilling machines, AOI stations, pressing machine, vertical automatic pattern plating lines, CNC routing machines, Laser plotting, Laser direct imaging system. Now we could make mass layer counts is 24 layers; minimum 3mil/3mil circuits and spacing; minimum hole size is 0.15 mm. We supply PCBs from single sided up to 24-layer for more than 100 global customers in telecommunication, consumer electronics, aviation, industrial test and control, medical equipment, power supply, R&D etc.

As for RoHS solutions, we could offer leadfree HASL,Entek, flash gold, immersion gold, immersion silver, immersion tin finishing based on standard FR-4, CEM-3 materials, Teflon, Rogers RO4000 series, as well as high Tg S1170 ,and S1180 materials.
