Spectra-Tech's high-speed SMT (Surface MounT) assembly line is comprised of quality Fuji equipment. Our fully integrated manufacturing process is capable of placing components with lead spacing of .0015" and up to 54mm (2.12") in size.

Spectra-Tech has a highly specialized and dedicated workforce. We are structured to have our expertise positioned close to production. We can adapt quickly to customer requirements, and our manufacturing process includes online work instructions, defect tracking, and shop-floor WIP tracking.

Our quality-control process includes supplier qualifications, inspections, failure analysis and prevention action plans.
