PCB Stencil & Misprint Cleaning Systems

Austin American Technology's X-Series™ Vertical Format Batch Cleaning Systems provide maximum chemistry flexibility to meet a wide variety of applications. Aqueous, saponification, semi-aqueous, alcohols and hybrid solvents can be utilized to remove flux residues, solder pastes, inks, adhesives and other residues from boards, stencils, or tooling used in the production process. Each system incorporates filtration and a selectable open-loop or closed-loop configuration to address environmental and safety concerns.

Consistent cleaning results are ensured with a patented method of rotational spraying that creates zones of constantly changing force to AAT X-Series stencil cleaner fitted with a spring loaded PCB board holder.provide superior performance. X-Series™ cleaning systems are fully automated and do not require product transference between wash, rinse and dry cycles. The cleaner's automated, low-profile lift and compact body design facilitate easy load/unload and provide one of the smallest footprints in the industry. And, the X-Series™ is supported by the extensive experiance and knowledge base of Austin American Technology's applications engineering team.

Stencil / Misprint / PCB De-Fluxing in 1 System

The X-Series™ system is designed around counter-rotating spray bars featuring a fan jet spray arms. The added pressure allow the system to successfully clean high pitch stencils, low stand-off components, misprinted through-hole, blind assemblies, removing uncured glues and adhesives.

Independent Wash and Rinse Holding Tanks

The system features two independent holding tanks, which allow for lower water use (X30/40A and X30/40C) systems. Final rinse DI water (if selected) displacing spent rinse water in the rinse tank throughout the equipment operation. This provides for higher tank cleanliness, and component cleanliness.

Automatic Product Positioning

The X-Series™ system features a screw gantry system which allows the system to move the components/stencils through the final rinse and dry nozzles providing for greater efficiency.

Fast Cycle Time

Average cycle time of 10-20 minutes per cycle.
