Global Manufacturing Services Inc. offers contract electronics manufacturing services domestically in our North Carolina facility, and overseas with our partners in Thailand. Domestic Production

Production Runs - low & mid-volume production runs approximately 500,000 pieces or less.
High-Speed Pick & Place Machines place up to 39,000 Surface Mount Devices per hour, per line.
SMD size capabilities – as small as .0201
Board Sizes - 1.97” x 2.75” (50mm x 70mm) and up to 20” x 20” (510mm x 508mm) at a thickness range of .008” x .24” (.2mm - 6mm).

LED Board Assembly

The uses for LED surface mount devices have increased dramatically in recent years. This explosion of lighting-class LEDs has revolutionized the lighting industry, and it is Global Manufacturing Services’ fastest-growing manufacturing segment.
