Since Evest have manufactured the first multi-functional LED mounter used for 1200 LED board, our machines with the advantage of reliable performance and highest C/P ratio are always widely accepted by worldwide LED manufacturers. Now Evest grand launch of much higher C/P ratio LED mounter-EML-61D is available. This machine is specially developed for LED field; it can meet LED lighting manufacturers' different t kinds of demands. Additionally, Evest also can provide high flexible program, according to different Bin value of LED components, to facilitate operators find an appropriate mode for placement, ensure the light uniformity of final products. EML-61D much smaller than our former machine, and save space for placing products conveyor line.
EML-61D is available for standard 600mm/1200mm/1500mm LED fluorescent tube (T8, T5), including all LED related products such as LED automotive lighting, LED soft tube, LED patio lighting and so on. The machine also can be available for common R.C. and SOP electronic components; it is an automatic pick and place machine with much higher C/P ratio.
