Mirae Mx100 - Entry level SMT Pick and Place Machine Description:

Entry level SMT Pick and Place system designed for customers who have a wide part mix with lower to medium production volumes.

The Mx100 series of pick and place machines utilize next generation linear motor technology providing speed and placement accuracy of 25µ (3σ) these flexible SMT assemblers are capable of placing 01005’s (0402 metric) through 3.5” X 1.18” (90mm X 30mm) large SMT devices using advanced optics and inspection systems.

The Mx100 Placement Systems are available in three basic configurations offering large-board capability, increased feeder capacity and two different pick/place head configurations for optimal part placement flexibility. All versions of the Mx100 series machines are built on a solid robust frame, employ one precision controlled overhead gantry, intuitive software, and offer placement rates from 8000 CPH through 15000 CPH (IC9850).
