With the speed of the Yamaha mounters you need reliable, high speed solder paste printing. Built on the same YSP monocoque frame as Yamaha’s mounters the Yamaha YSP printer provides the speed, accuracy and stability considered necessary for optimal assembly line performance. But the YSP is not just fast. With advancements like a single squeegee with variable attack angle capability, Print Stability Control (PSC) which maintains correct paste levels and print result verification through 2D inspection, each PCB can be printed with the highest confidence level in consistent paste coverage and quality. Even the finest pitch and smallest stencil apertures will be printed flawlessly every time.

This printer, like all of the Yamaha SMT lineup, benefit from the diverse processes and disciplines used on other products; for example the Yamaha squeegee blade is made of the same metal that serves as the cylinder lining on high performance motorcycle engines. Because of this the squeegee may never need replacement. In addition dual lane capability nearly doubles the value of this printing system. Of course an advanced stencil cleaning system is standard as is the Graphical Layer Base Alignment function, assuring high quality, accurate printing for many years.
