Full-automatic taping machine

1. This equipment is a vibrating plate feeding, equipped with automatic
feeding silo.
2. Optional CCD visual inspection system can be used to identify defects
and directions on each surface of the material by using multiple cameras.
3. It can be equipped with custom-developed upper computer software,
which is mainly used to set test instrument parameters, save test result data,
connect to MES system, etc.
4. If it is equipped with CCD visual detection or upper computer function,
it is equipped with an 18.5-inch capacitive touch screen integrated
industrial control computer.
5. The main structure of this equipment is integrated, and different types of
materials of different sizes and shapes can be replaced with corresponding
parts and software.
6. The installation position of the test instrument is equipped with one 3U
place, one 5U place and one 6U place as standard.
7. This equipment adopts the control mode of Mitsubishi FX3U PLC + 10-
inch color touch screen. The turret drive adopts the drive mode of servo
motor + precision reducer. The solenoid valve and cylinder are all original
SMC products.

5. The braiding part is equipped with 1 unevenness
detection position, 1 lack of material detection
position, 1 lack of material replenishment position,
1 automatic inkjet printing position, and 1 CCD
detection/correction position.
6. Applicable material size: 20*1.6(mm)-10*10(mm)
material. (Larger size materials need to use 12-
station turret) .
7. This equipment is equipped with a safety grating
as standard, and the turret will stop running
immediately when it touches the safety grating.
8. Power requirements: 220VAC/2KVA.
9. Air source requirements: 0.4~0.8MPa, the
standard requires 0.5MPa.
10. Vacuum negative pressure requirements: The
equipment comes with a vacuum pump.
