SelHeat400 Inline Preheating Module Description:

SelHeat400 is a single rail inline preheating machine with an individual controlling system. It is equipped with IR heating for both upper and bottom sides, with touchscreen and PLC as a controlling system. The conveyor is equipped with a Smema connector, and can connect to any other module at any position in the production line.

Its inline chain transport system, can handle a maximum PCB of 400 mm x 400 mm (16” x 16”), with stepper motors for conveyor driving. This machine is equipped with a SMEMA connection; it is flexible to form a production line with any other machine.

Upper IR heating and bottom IR heating is optional with hot air convection heating.
