Toddco3 Hotbar Bonding or Soldering System is a modular, floor standing bonder with a precision servo-driven rotary table. Compact overhead controls system with touch-screen display for easy operator acess is standard. Standard system software provides intuitive user interface and saves bond profiles with programmed rotary table positions for a complete, computer controller production process. Includes closed-loop, temperature controller for precision temperature control of Toddco3’s ceramic hotbars or metal hotbars; a servo-driven bond head for accurate, variable pressure control; and front-panel auxiliary thermocouple inputs for thermal analysis. Modular options include a variety of digital cameras with a dedicated front panel display; Remote Network Communications option provides wired Ethernet network access to all stored data; Custom Tooling Nests for customer specific production parts; and a modular Accessory Cabinet with ESC acrylic panels.
