i-DR S320A - Series Compact Smart Dispenser Description:

     i-DR S320A Series is a desktop format dispenser which integrated with a lot of advanced features that able to handle most of today’s dispensing applications from basic to complicated. With it’s compact format, i-DR S320A utilizes & sharing similar control technologies as other NSW’s advance dispenser model including 3D dispensing, pre-dispense simulation, vision mapping & calibration functions…etc.

     i-DR S320A has excellent positioning capability via it’s closed-loop servo driven system combined with precision ground balls screws transmission mechanism. Compared with other platform, this system is most flexible to handle high mix/low volume production in very quick setup & conversion. i-DR S320A supports program duplicating function, user can easily copy & move the selected program files into other’s Ndisp3 operated system then the new system can be run in duplicated paths.

     Offline mass-volume calibration can be executed by user’s weighing samples on their own scale and while manually inputting it into the system, i-DR S320A  could easily computes and updates the new compensated volume automatically then ready for next dispense.
