Rates are same for all three types :
1. Both side inserts
2. Both side Screw 8 mm
3. One side insert & one side screw 8 mm.
How to order :
A/F x T x L (S N) or (N N) or (S S)
e.g. : 8 A/F x M3 x 20 (N S-8) 

Both side insert & both side screws are also available.
Standard screw length provided is 8 mm. If screw length increases further, then
the applicable rate will be different.
