Applications:
Our LiquiSonic® measuring systems are used in cleaning and degreasing baths, rinsing baths, corrosion prevention and preservation baths or etching and pickling baths. The measurement of concentrations, such as the cleaning agent concentration, or the analysis of the contamination degree directly in the bath enable continuous bath monitoring in real time. The LiquiSonic® sensors measure the critical bath parameters ​​inline and provide the data online. The sensors are installed in pipes of any size or directly in the bath.

Measuring technique:
For the concentration determination, our LiquiSonic® technology is based on sonic velocity measurement providing accurate, repeatable and every second updated measuring results. Our sensors have proven successfully their process capability and convince through no maintenance and long lifetime.
