VERMES Microdispensing dispensing system MDS 3200+F and MDS 3200+ is a high precision solution. It is especially suited to jet very small dots with low droplet diameters, but still reproducible amounts of dispensed medium. It can reach very high dispensing speeds (for a maximum needle lift of more than 3000 Hz, in nonstop operation over 600 Hz). The Software enhanced parameter finding guarantees the reproducibility of dispensing results and uncomplicated operation by the users. Using the force of powerful piezo technology through sophisticated mechanics, the valve jets highest viscosity media with up to 2,000,000 mPas and -if necessary- with pressures of up to 1000 bar. Several hundred or thousands of shots are dispensed within a second with very high repeatability precision that is provided by the extremely fast and precise up and down movements of the piezo technology.
