Magnetic Stripe Card Description:

Magnetic stripes are black, brown, silver, gold stripes you can see on the back of credit cards.

Printed magnetic stripe cards usually for access control, identification cards, gift cards, discount cards, magnetic stripe ID card, and membership cards.

There are 3 tracks in the magnetic stripe, can be encoded with cardholder’s information or records of points in the supermarkets.

There are 2 types of magnetic stripes normally used: Hi-co (2750oe) & Lo-co (300oe).

LoCo stripe cards, on the other hand, are typically used as hotel room keys and season passes.

Hi-co stripe cards used as credit cards or payment cards.
