One of the most conventional material for soldering carrier pallet is glass fiber and glass fiber mat material has significant quality improvement in terms of endurance of high temperature and chemical resistance with high temp applied(wave soldering).

Thanks to its material physical structure, AOI Premium Solder Pallet heat expansion rate is 1/3 lower than other makers “glass mat” composite materials when it's also determined by the selection of glass fiber and resin as well as preperg process.
