VayoPro-Test Expert is an intelligent NPI tool for testing engineers. It imports CAD & BOM data, corresponds with test engineering requirements, performs DFT/Testability & test strategy analysis, generates optimized ICT/FP/AOI/X-ray test program and fixture data. It enhances DFT/testability analysis capability, saves program development and in line debug cycle time.
