Where can I discuss PCB design tools on SMTnet forum? | 3 August, 2006

Look, I'm new to this forum and I failed to find a suitable division/thread... I'm a hobbyist PCB designer and I use software tools which are not as expensive as big brand names... affordable one like DipTrace is a find for me... maybe some of you can share your opinions on this? thanks.
