SMTnet's OnBoard Forum to Feature Jason Spera
January 22, 2000 8:00 AM EST to January 26, 2000 5:00 PM EST
Jason Spera is the chief executive officer and co-founder of Aegis Industrial Software Corporation. Jasons work in the electronics industry as a manufacturing engineer, and the real-life problems that he experienced, inspired the development of Aegis CIM product, CircuitCAM. This foundation in manufacturing then led to Aegis CheckPoint product, for electronic product data management and electronic approvals, and on to their fully integrated web-centric enterprise-level solution, CircuitCAM FUSION.
Jasons vision of a properly executed solution for the full scope of an electronics manufacturers data management requirements led to the creation of a new class of manufacturing software - TransCollaborative Manufacturing (TCM) software. TCM joins the benefits of traditional CIM software, collaborative product data management systems, and real-time web-centric factory execution systems. The result of TCM is centralized data integration and web-centric, effective data management. These total-solution systems convey and manage information throughout the enterprise and beyond the factory walls, to suppliers, auditors and customers.
Jason looks forward to leading a discussion centered on the use of manufacturing software to meet the needs of the SMT industry, from January 22nd through January 26th
