In calibration menu - I see coarse measurement of z unit offset, z-unit offset, measure hydra camera z level, coarse adjust hydra tool offsets, and measure hydra tool lengths 1 - 8 - would it be any of these that I should run?

Since you only saying it's the hydra error, then only run the hydra calibrations. Sometime the calibration can end up causing more issue if not run it correctly. I would do the hydra camera Z level (1st). If it fixes the issue then you no need to do

Hello all - so I got in the calibrate plate for hydra tool offsets - it completed the calibration - I then installed the first row of white tips with the menu - and the machine still does same thing it puts the tips away but makes a hitting type nois

To me, it seems like there are slightly XY offset. Hydra might be able to pick up the tips, but not all the way securely attached to the hydra tubes. So, when the tips put back are not fully seated, which causing the tool stick inside the bank. You

The tapping noise is what you hear when Hydra taps each tool on the tool bank to make sure the tips are seated well. The error is a Z-motor problem. The gear is at the top of the Hydra and needs grease. Have you cleaned the old grease and applied new
