Does any one have a wiring diagram for an electrovert Omni 10. We are having trouble finding why zone 7 runs over temperature.

I dont have a schematic anymore but its most likely the SSR for that zone or the blower.

I had an Omni10 that was set up for nitrogen, but also required a water chiller. Make sure your oven wasn't set up to be run with one. If, it was, I know a couple places that sell chillers which will meet the requirements. Brian W.

If its like my wave, the t-couple might not be mounted over a whole where the hot air blow out./ mounting it on the hot plate makes it over heat alot.

There are companys that recover discs like this by mounting that platters in a donor drive. The costs are usually very reasonable considering your downtime etc. sarason

We seem to have a lot of blowers going bad on our Omni 10 lately. We run PB free and/or elevated sn/pb profiles on a regular basis. I am starting to suspect that the elevated zone temps are causing the blowers to fail. Has anyone else had this prob
