starting point with zone settings would be, 100 / 160 / 200 / 225 / 260 deg C...but you'll have to check the exact profile on the pcb with a reflow profiler....making sure you meet the paste spec and making sure you don't heat any devices up to quic

Let me be the first to suggest; Get a better oven. 5 zones minimum. If you can't, you will have to have some way of profiling the board. Does the oven have thermocouple ports? If not you will have to buy some kind of termperature datalogger. Mayb

hi all! i have a 5 zone BTU (V70) have it set up at 120, 150, 180, 190, 230 and 22 IPM. but i having 1 here 1 there 0402 tomstone, need advise how to set up the best profile to avoid tomstone. i'm using INDIUM 6.3 W.S lead paste. thank you.
