Hi! Looks likely you have a calibration problem with the vision system, since is a 265 if possible try to restore a backup on floppy if not rerun the calibration procedure

The camera crashing is usually a fault with the encoder on the Y motor assembly. someething to do with not finding a home pulse I think. Anyway, replace the motor/encoder and recalibrate and you should be good to go

Most likely an issue with vision system, or communication therewith... But with # of combinations of CPU, Cognex and cameras, would prefer off forum contact to sort it out. email sent.

it can be a bad contact with backboard. clean the slot and gold fingers with contact cleaner and push it in and out a few times.

Also, tried swapping the Servo card. X7 which is the Rising table servo motor card, swapped with X8,9,10 which are all the same and same result.

I've had decent experiences with MPM, but most of my experience is with Dek printers, most currently a NeoHorizon 03iX. No major issues, happy overall with them.

@Dima - Negative in what way may I ask? I would expect both MPM and DEK to be mostly bombproof. What scares we with MPM is the RRP pricetag, a machine that expensive could be a like a German car, expensive to fix when it goes wrong too.

Seems like a file was corrupted on the hard drive. Hopefully you have it backed up. We take a hard drive image of every machine on delivery in case of a hard drive failure or corruption.
