Yes, I have tried it but apparently the clip is very heavy for the 040 nozzle, I will continue testing to see how it is solved Thank you

We had a similar type of part that gave us trouble. Our solution was an o-ring attached to the end of the nozzle, we used a type of shoe-goo to adhere the o-ring to the nozzle. May be cheaper than a custom nozzle.

Flatness is only half of the advantage. Gold doesn't corrode. There are other flat surfaces but do not last as long as gold.
