Look in your manual. There are also calibration stencils and boards necessary to calibrate DEK printers. Do you have them? If not I might have a set I would sell.

Is anyone out there using vapor phase soldering techniques? 1. I'm wondering what results you are getting? 2. How are you controlling the thermal profiles (specifically ramp rates and TAL)? 3. What fluid type are you using? Who is the mfg? Thanks

I was referring to the HASL supplied by the supplier...specifically Lead Free HASL. I've been searching the web and I cannot find a thickness specification like we have for ENIG and Immersion Silver.

I would have to agree about the tech support. Although, I do find myself giving free support to people who bought from a competitor. I'll have to work on that. And for your previous comment, you now owe me a beer or three.

I've been saying that for years. Polarity markings shouldn't have to be a guessing game. You really wonder what some of these manufacturers are thinking. It COULD and should be made simpler!

Thx, L, but we are looking for a permanent staff member here at our facility to optimize first our wavesolder, then other areas of our processes. Things are running well as they are today; we are simply looking to improve.

Obviously Grayman hasn't been around the block as much as he claims..........engineers make horrible managers for the most part. It's part of their nature.
