Hello New to forum, I have a mpm ultra print 1500 can not find a lube coupler for the Z axis slide bearings. Does anyone know what it is and where could I find one. A standard grease coupling does not fit. Thanks Dale

Tried it years ago, didn't like how it turned the pot brown, don't remember it impressing me with how it worked either.

Can you get away with 2 x 2ft with either a flex joiner or backplane type connectors to turn into a 4ft board? if you can get your panel down to that it means a lot more potential suppliers

Thanks for the explanation but we dont have a need for a JEDEC tray or matrix tray feeder. My volume is half million pieces a year so we are on the small side of the spectrum.

Pin chains don't come on small ovens. I was thinking about buying some kind of pallet to put pcbs in but it may not be automated then? Most of my stuff is single sided but we do have three boards double sided.

Thanks, what is the smallest oven with an edge conveyor? How come no one is thinking about the little manufacturer not the huge contract manufacturers?

3 Fiducials would be enough if two of the fiducials are from the opposite corner of the board. More than 3 would not add more accuracy but more confusion for setup.

I have found the link you are talking about, but it shows an 404 not found error. Tomorrow I will take some photos and post them here. Thank you ;)
