Hello! We are looking for new SMD-machines. We can choose between Fuji, Assembléon and Siplace. What machines would you buy?? Christian

in my opinion - Fuji - the best choice. Assembleon and Siplace torment you with their software) These machines - a lower level.

That is correct, the part clearance is not as much of an issue as cutting into copper, you want to stay away from the copper layer. If the customer spec's a distance then that would be the rule.

I know we have the CP 40 nozzle, maybe the CP 30 also. If you want to drop me an email, I'll see what's in stock.

Update on 1B73 bubbles, Changed over to a mixture of Humiseal 73 thinner with coating (25 sec on Zahn 2) observed a reduction in bubble formation (approx. 20%) but still present.

If I assume you running a selective coating machine ? Maybe you have small leak and system is sucking in air creating bubbles in mixture, like a sort of venturi action, just idea, can be a faulty fitting , elbow etc. Have had this before....

Dennis, I'm amazed that you are having this much trouble. Not trying to be a smart-a**, it's just that 73 is usually pretty easy to fix. Is there anyway you could send me some pics of what you are seeing?
