We output to ftip and import into GemlinePPS which links the parts to the package database in PPS. It would be nice to directly export a VIOS txt file with all the info needed. James

Yes you can..... You have to be administrative mode. First set of menus on the screen after machine boots up. You can copy the file to a floppy disk which will convert it to ASCII format. You can then pull in up in word and alter however you want and

Yeah, that gets you there, sort of. I can't locate feeder info. on that file but I could enter it manually and format it later. It beats using a hammer and chisel on marble.

There is a way to copy the setup file as well. I've done and used them to create work instructions for the operators, but since I don't have the machine right in front of me, I don't remember exactly what file to export.
