We are seeing intermittent X-transducer errors. I notice that the X-wagon has more resistance over the Y-wagon area when I manually push it back and fourth. I am thinking the belt might need replaced. Has anyone else seen this before.

Not familiar with Philips machines but have had similar problem: If Philips uses fiber optics and halogen bulbs for lighting in the vision system, try installing a new bulb.

have you try to adjust lighting level . are there any object over the camera??? try to clean the camera len and adjust focus, see any help.

Thanks Boardhouse, This looks like it will work. Unfortunatly the free version does not pinpoint the violations but it does let me know that they exist somewhere on the board. It's a relatively inexpensive upgrade to get the version that will pinpoi
