We use it on our screen printers and placement machines. It works very well. Much better than templates and manually placing pins. Change overs are a breeze.

Look at your fluxer as well (spray or foam?). You may not be getting ample flux over certain areas of the board. This can cause voids.

There is a option to enable no good marking that must be enabled on the board options where you reset your board count and images. dose the marker zero on startup?. If not then it may also need enabled in the inspector settings. ead

I've seen this with through hole via in pad with soldermask plugging from the opposite side. Baking the boards solved it. Not using such a horrible via in pad method would also have solved it, but that wasn't an option. Is this ball sitting on a v

i don't see why it was insufficient. if you want more paste, i would increase by 10-15% aperture,and maybe double prints for printer.

Hi We did some evaluation to solder 0.4mm pitch by Wave. We found that there were many solder shorts at Sockets pins so it made touch up time longer. Please advise me someone has achieved the fine pitch soldering by wave. Thanks in advance.
