I'm looking into ESS test equipment. What is the max heat/cool down per minute that a water controlled system can meet? What type of equipment is out there and the costs. Any information that you can share would be appreciated.

We have an ICOM 6000 rose tester and everytime we run a program the machine stops and says "resistivity error". We have changed filters and calibrated the solution with no luck. Any ideas?

Hi, This is a first step before you enter this info into component library. But this step is optional if you have enter this info before and you have a right tool to check your and simulate PCB manufacture.

I thought this thread was about someone wanting a simple guide so they can train their operators on polarity for a wide range of components, not a software package for programming. I am confused, but that happens from time to time.

Yes, that is all I am wanting is a guide to show new employees what to look for when a part has polarity, something that shows the dots, lines or beveled edges on ICs, or lines on caps and so on.

Then the ipc booklet I suggested a few posts up would be exactly what you need. Instead of paying the $45 to ipc, you could always pay me $30 and I'll make you one..lol

Thanks for the reply Sarason. The software looks interesting, as we are a small manufacturer. However I do need the original Juki software for a calibration file. The X axis motor has been replaced but the calibration file is missing to teach and ca
