What kind of boards are they? Unless they are very simple boards, you won't be able to just replace every TH component with a SM equivalent. The inherent LCR characteristics of the board will change I think the normal way would be not to change the

Dave, I'd be skeptical too, with that response! I've got a Culligan DI system installed here, and it's got it's own resistivity test meter. When the light goes red, it's time to call and get my resin changed. It's worked out pretty well here. Ba

It is a lead free process with sac305. We use goldfinish FR4 boards. Preheat is between 110 and 115 degrees. I am sure it is a moisture problem because longer stored boards have more blowholes. What is the maxium period to store the boards without

HI All, I have a Brady PAM Series 1 Label print and place machine that I would like to try and get running. The machine is in good condition except I don't have the software that runs the machine. Brady has been no help. Does anyone here run one

dedicated fixture works best if the board is very much populated. But if the parts to be inserted are less than 300components, adjustable fixtures may be used. But the secret of good insertion is a precisely measured tooling pin to prevent the boards
