Well, at that value point, I'd go with the hourly ( unburdoned ) high-skill rework/repair rate up to 50%-60% of the board value. If this is part of an integrated system ( in-house assembly ) repair to value ratio could go even higher.

Wow! How would it be possible to spend $700-$800 in labor to repair a single board? What are labor burdens these days? $30-$40 per hour at most?

The calibration was ok. When i switch off the back camera and use front one everything is ok. Is it true that when Topaz use back line camera after checking the components the machine rotates the components 180 degree?. Mark \

Hi! Try to make "R_AXIS_ACCURACY" calibration for all of FNC heads for back camera only. I met such problem on Topaz-X. There was clearly seen offset on 0.8mm pitch components. I simply calibrated all cameras for FNC nozzles and problem disappeared.

Hi Mark, This problem can be overcome by adjusting the camera brightness - Gain & Offset. I think the offset value is very high. Try reducing it.

We have x30 PPU's across x3 FCM Base 1's which are not working properly (error is "image too low"??). Please advise on how to repair/replace these (besides Assembleon themselves). Thanks in advance, Jason

You're having the same error/problem on three seperate machines? Are you sure they are properly hooked up?

Hi Rick, Yes, we had been moving PPU's back and forth between machines and they are properly hooked-up. Please let me know if you have any idea's, places to refer us to for a fix, replacement. Thanks, Jason
