I had an Omni10 that was set up for nitrogen, but also required a water chiller. Make sure your oven wasn't set up to be run with one. If, it was, I know a couple places that sell chillers which will meet the requirements. Brian W.

Hi all, We recently purchased an Omniflow 10 and I am setting up some new recipes. I am told that you can crank the belt speed up pretty fast on this oven. The recipe I am working on now has a belt speed of 30 ipm. What should I have the belt speed

Oh, I see, concerning the fee. Sorry. Running NitroCool without N2 is possible, but cooling performance will be weak. You will want to get the higest flow out of the blowers. Try taking it all apart to remove bits that abstruct flow. Good luck.

Sr. Assuming you are processing the garden variety 63/37 paste on FR4 substrates, a good starting point is to plan for 3.5 to 4.5 minutes of process time on the board. If you measure the total heated length of your oven and you use the range above,

Thanks. I have another question. I believe this machine was originally set up to run nitrogen. In the cooling section there are two chambers. One with a radiator air/nitrogen knives and the other section/chamber has a blower. Instead of running nitr
