True, but we were doing 25,000 boards a day. We never did see any delamination issues, but we did only press-cut the breakout tabs.

sounds like the part is being picked up on its side....which means.......it could be.... 1. pickup not taught correctly -- X-Y- or Z 2. head to camera calibration is needed 3. or least likely....feeder problems

I had to replace a failed hard drive on our Meridian 1030. After replacement the script is not running on start-up for the Vx works connection to the VME. Any help with the proper boot sequence would be appreciated.

To date we have not had to perform any additional or special PCB handling or storage procedures for Pb free. We use standard procedures.

Lead-free??? You might see these kinds of problems with capillary action in t-hole items more-so than lead.
