I have personally never seen a reflow profile change reduce voids. We have invited "experts" in to demonstrate this claim. They were unable to.

Sankar, it looks like you need an expert to help you. Missing component might be related to hardware, machine setup or software issues on you equipment which will require a tech or engineer to investigate.

The only difference I've noticed going from OEM to after market/coated is, as a maintenance tech I don't get as much complaining from the line operators about the condition of their blades once we switched. We buy from Transition Automation.

We recommend a ramp soak spike profile for HASL finish, so everything gets nicely heated during reflow, we soak around 180C and peak at 245- 250C and don't have any issues as long as the levelling isn't too peaky.

First of all, you would have boards frequently being stuck in between inline machines. In order for the best inline setup, all the machines should be properly leveled to have smooth transport from start to finish.

Can we bent a PCB using mechanical force ?Will the PCB come back to original condition or it will be bent forever after the mechanical force is removed from the pcb?

It would kill the component on the opposite side, be careful to bent a PCB especially with component installed. Be sure the bent warpage is no higher than the component permitted or not high to cause de-lamination.
