On some of the older models you cannot have all of the other accelerations turned up and theta set to slow. Bump up the theta speed.

You might also want to check with Fancort Industries in NJ. They make lead-trimming equipment and also offer lead-trimming as a service.

Try using the Flexible 3 General Vision Algo. The XY Width deviation amount is calculated by using the data close to the minimum width of the component. The theta angle is calculated by the inclination of one side, in X direction of the component.
