I am planning on trying to autospray CE 1155 using an SCS precision coat. Does anyone out there currently do this? If so, can you share any information and parameters such as mixtures, methods, head configuration, conveyor baking. ANY information

Do you have a stencil wipe step after every six boards? If so, the wipe either automatic or manual needs to be optimized. Either less solvent or more time for the solvent to evaporate off.

I'm sorry, I should clarify. The average is one out of six boards. It's not consistant as to how many are good before a really bad one. Sometimes two in a row, sometimes ten. Right now we are wiping every 2 boards. Antonio

Are you using masking? Conformal coat will de-wet (no pin holes usually, though) due to masking tape adjacent to affected areas if the tape glue chemistry isn't compatible with the conformal coat.

I am new Engineer in conformal coating and I am looking for help with dewetting. What "Tricks of the trade" can I try to reduce or eliminate dewetting? We use a lot of Conap CE 1155 and Humiseal 1B73? Any help would be appreciated!!!
