I have found a company called Cleveland Motion Control that will fix them for a flat fee. Did a little searching and found them using Altavista.com Cheers

Got to http://www.fancort.com they offer several models thru distribution. Low volume look at the NRT-1 & NTR-2... Medium volume look at the PS-MR-1 and there is a high volume machine as well.

We have Z height adjustment on a turret chipshooter to compensate for various thickness. At the moment all the 1206 Cap are treated the same.It's something we are going to change over the next few weeks. Thanks for your help!.

If you have the placement feedback enabled this should not be an issue. Are all of these parts from the same supplier? If so who is it? We are currently having a very simular issue.
