I think the problem is going to be the cooling zone location. All of the heat zones are built the same, but the cooling zone can not be moved easily.

What material are you using? There are a great deal of different Teflons (in the family of Teflons) material....is it from Gore or Rodgers???? Does it have aluminum backing?? More information necessary, Kevin

Most PIck and place manufacturers have off line feeder set up available. Dedicating common feeder types to one side and having the other side available for job specific is also an option. *****note dedicating feeders can effect your throughput num

What the heck are you doing having scotch tape in the plant? Isn't there a concern for ESD safety? Ban the scotch tape, then they won't have something to block the apertures with.
