lint from what?...also roughly how often do you clean the oven? (not the heated chamber) but other areas to keep them clean? The operator say he has had to do it twice in 2 weeks to keep it clean due to the residue

lint from the factory conditions, enviromnent you know. We clean every 6 mos. you seem to be accumulating quite rapidly. unless you are cleaning at the first spec of this showing up

we didnt see it as a potential risk, main accumilations we around the entry and exit curtains so we lived with it and cleaned (quick wipe with acetone) once a week.

We had a similar problem and needed to slow the cam speed. The surface of our component was rough so I suspect we did not get a good seal for the vacuum and the component was drifting on the nozzle after the camera. Jerry

hi we had also the same problem a time ago on the said package. we have taught his legs as 1, 3 and 5 instead of 1, 3 and 4 or 6. after doing this 98% problem solved. try this method...

We run Panasonic chipshooters, so our small nozzles are not cylindrical. We would use the smallest nozzle we have on our heads which I believe is a Panasonic "MF" size, the same nozzle we'd use for 0603 size components.
