Hi, I might have misunderstood your question but as far as I am aware a Leadfree Reflow Oven is exactly the same other than the adjustments required for your Profile... aj...

I have only one reflow oven can I use it for both processes (leaded and lead-free)? If I do use it, one run for leaded and the next run for lead-free will that contaminate my lead-free process?

Not knowing your brand of Heller, I might suggest disconnecting the first cooling section to verify it's your heater fans. I just had a retro kit done to my Electrovert for a similar thing.

A heller that the fans work on? Wow, you should be feeling lucky! If you are sure it the fans you should slow 'em down a bit. Russ

We do not have a fan controller. For some reason our engineer forgot to get that added in the options. We have an 1809EXL model with not fan controller. Heller wants to charge us for that option.
