Thanks "j". There is absolutely no support for Fuji in New Zealand or for the older IP-1 and MCS/2 programming computer. We got the machine working by studying the FIP-1 Operation Manual and the MCS/2 Programming manual and a lot of trial and error

Bert, Hopefully the MCS still has PD's from Fuji or the previous user. The Transverse rate IP set in them should be a good guide for any new PD's you may need to make. This speed is usually set as high as possible and still get accurate placements

Sounds to me like your nozzle isnt seating on the z-rod bellows. Pick a nozzle up by do a 'runstep nozzle'.....then do a function 30 ( i hope thats the function because its been YEARS since i worked on a c'series). It should give you a nozzle height

Hey All, Thanks for all of your help to date. While running the nozzle height test I noticed that the Z-rod is bent. Probably happened after setting the "X closed loop soft home" back to 50 from 384 which was probably why the nozzle slammed into t
