If the nozzle adapter is new then the nozzle are worn. How old are the nozzles ?

The nozzles are brand new too (got them friday). 08MPF (0.08") is their part number. I tried using the air kiss feature in the setup mode and found that it blew the nozzle off the nozzle holder, not sure if this is ment to happen in this mode, but t

Are you buying nozzles from UIC or other vendor? By the way, what is the component you rejecting? Is it happening to random component or specific one?

You may want to look at which spindle that is dropping the nozzle and check the O-ring on the spindle head. It's probably bad, cracked, or broken. Replace it and that will fix it
