One of our customers does a drop test. They hold the final unit five feet above a concrete floor and drop it.

Having a problem with a MPM AP/A. Once a board is programmed; all is calibrated and the first board screened - each board thereafter drifts and gets progressively worse. The drift can range from barely off to half off the pad. Any ideas?

just add FIP2 in fujiflexa when you are adding machine at factory lines. if you are connected just receive the proper data from the machine and re-transmit the proper data.

If it is anything like my Flexa then you would have to purchase the IP2 module license in order to communicate with the machine from flexa. I have had to purchase separate licenses for my different pieces of equipment. CP6, NXT, QP3, CP7

Hi Loco, my PCBA got top side and bottom side and 90% SMT and 10% THP (top side) which need to be cover by wave solder. And that's why i need to go through reflow and wave.

I am using the older Unix software. It had been said that I could possibly be using the wrong kind of WPC in the station configuration. I am not that familiar with these machines yet, so I am not real positive on what I am seeing on the config files
