We are experiencing a blistering problem during our process of lead free assembly. The customer has supplied us with the bare fab rated at 140 Tg. I am under the assumption that the Tg rating should at minimum be 170. Does anyone know if there is

Smaller Ovens reduce your ability to create extended soak times. Extended Soak Time requirements are determined by your thermal variant across the product. A 5 zone oven could work if your boards are not extremely complex but you are the only person

We are looking at buying a new (or used) oven for low-mid volume Pb-free production. I have looked at the smaller Hellers, BTU, vitronics, etc. and I am also looking at the Manncorp CR-6000. I want at elast 5 zones, top and bottom, air (no N2) pi

You can keep only the 5th zone as the reflow zone. And lower the first two zones to keep a good ramping rate. Meanwhile, please note the ting temperature in software or control panel is not the exact temperature in your PCB, you'd better get a KIC or

Hi mate, there is another thread ongoing about such an BGA vs oven length issue, suggest posting your question there. As for that someone's opinion, he/she is entitled to it. Then again how did that someone determine this level of "insufficient"?

It looks like the 330 Convection & the GF120 ovens would really stuggle to do lead free, with 3 zones (the 330 has 3 top, 1 bottom). Can't comment on the 545 oven, you'll have to get them to run profiles with a selection of your boards & check on
